Before you arrive at Pearl Harbor, your tour guide will provide a brief history of the first attack on the US during World War II at Pearl Harbor. Arriving at the Arizona Memorial, you will view a historical film with authentic footage of the Pearl Harbor attack and then be taken to the Arizona Memorial aboard a Navy shuttle. At the Arizona Memorial, visit the Shrine Room and reflect on the names of the 1,177 men resting on the sunken battleship below. Take time to browse through the fascinating Museum exhibits and visit the gift shop where you can find Pearl Harbor books, memorabilia and souvenirs. You will also view battleship row, the USS Bowfin (a WWII submarine), the US Pacific Fleet headquarters, and the ''black tears of the Arizona''.
Take a trip through history to the deck of the USS Missouri where the Japanese surrendered in Tokyo Bay and a peace treaty ending WWII was signed. See the dent caused by a Kamikaze plane as it nearly destroyed this famous warship. Learn the real story behind the ''Mighty MO''.
